Upcycling with Madia
A monthly sewing up-cycling session with Shalize Nicholas. All levels welcome.
Every last Wednesday from 18:30-21:00 (Jan 26th, Feb 23rd, Mar 23rd, Apr 27th, May 25th, Jun 29th)
Six upcycling sessions with the designer and maker behind Madia and Matilda, Shalize Nicholas. Get inspired to upcycle all types of textiles. It can be everything from old socks to your grandmother’s old wedding dress. Shalize will help you with techniques and ideas on how to make something “new”. At each session will also showcase an upcycling idea for your wardrobe or you home.
Materials: Bring garments and old fabrics to up-cycle . Atelier has various fabrics and thread to work with as well.
