Friday October 25th 7pm at Atelier

Hosted by Mikala Ritzau

an event with soup and bread, a presentation and conversation around a table.

The Red thread between Stroud and Berlin. Mikala Ritzau will explore together with the guest, how it feel to have an identity shared with different nationalities and places. How Does Mikala find the creative link between Stroud and Berlin?

Mikala Ritzau is a Performance artist who has studied with the London Institute of Performance Arts now Arthaus Berlin since 2016. She has called Stroud her home for many years, though she has spent extended period of times in Berlin collaborating with other artist and exploring the performance arts scene. She is also an International Facilitator.
Her latest performance ‘The Red Thread’ explores identity, connection with self and others, and the joy of ageing (un)gracefully. She’s looking at how to bridge the work she does in Berlin with the creative community in Stroud.
